Overview

SCCI is seeking a skilled Senior Field Engineer to join our team! In this position, you will support engineering development for a Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Combat Systems contract. This role requires a strong background in developing and reviewing combat system elements of design, acquisition, and installation plans for tactical training equipment. This position is in support of future work expected in 2026. The role is located in Dahlgren, VA

Responsibilities

• Providing engineering and analytical support for simulator integration efforts to improve the realism of training events.
• Performing enhancement studies to meet future training requirements.
• Supporting simulation maintenance, including reviewing combat system design, acquisition, and installation plans.
• Providing design, development, testing, evaluation, and maintenance support for tactical training equipment.
