~~ Long-Term experience ~~

~~ Orientation will be provided by facility (4-5 days ~~

~~ Next Orientation starts Aug 15th ~~

REQUIREMENTS :

Resume - with a minimum of 1 year of long-term care experience

LPN- PA license (in good standing)

Current - BLS / CPR

2- current references

2- step PPD (within the last 12 months)

Current physical (within the last 12 months)

MMR, Varicella, Hep B

PA- Police - criminal background check

Must be able to pass back ground check

Must be able to pass urine drug screen

Pay Rates

RN's - $40 / hr

LPN's - $28 / hr
