Supportive team culture in a professional, community-focused agency. ONLY COMPLETED ASSESSMENTS WILL BE CONSIDERED Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers. Identify client needs and recommend appropriate insurance solutions. Provide personalized quotes, explain coverage options, and close sales. Manage Lead Management system for follow-ups and sales opportunities. Meet or exceed monthly sales goals and performance targets. Maintain accurate records and utilize agency CRM systems. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Self-motivated with a drive to succeed in a sales-driven environment. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Active Property & Casualty license (or willingness to obtain). Computer proficiency and ability to learn new systems quickly.
