We want you on our team... Clark Regional Medical Center located in Winchester, a 20 minute drive from Lexington, KY is searching for a fulltime RN for our infusion center. Provides direct patient care to patients using the nursing process in accordance with applicable scope and standards of practice.

Essential functions of position include, but are not limited to :

  • Under the supervision of medical provider, assists with performing patient assessments and treatments.
  • Performs basic diagnostic procedures and specimen collection. Monitors and communicates changes in patient condition. Documents patient care given.
  • Maintains equipment and medical supplies, including reordering, stocking, cleaning, and troubleshooting. Maintains examination areas.
  • Performs administrative or clerical duties as assigned, including filing, reception, scheduling, data entry, phone triage and patient registration.
  • Exhibits exceptional customer service with patients and teammates.
  • Plan and monitors staffing activities including training of new staff.
  • Ensures all Quality Controls are complete for CLIA waive testing
  • Ensures sample logs are in place and compliant.
  • Maintain up to date inventory of clinical supplies and orders are submitted in a timely fashion.
  • Creates and fosters an environment that encourages professional growth.
  • Ensures clinic stays focused on their important role in the continuum of care.
  • Ensures all government regulations are followed.
  • Provide open line of communication to Physician Practice Leadership / Management Team.

Minimum Education CCMA, CMA, RMA Certification

High school diploma or equivalent Required

Associate's degree Preferred

Required Skills Requires critical thinking skills, detail oriented with decisive judgment and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action. Must be flexible with work location assignments.

Certifications : Basic Life Support (BLS)
