We are seeking a detail-oriented individual to join our commercial bindery team, which plays a critical role in the final stages of the printing process by assembling and finishing printed materials into their final, customer-ready form. This position requires strong attention to detail, patience, and a commitment to following well-defined procedures to produce high-quality, error-free results. From Setup to Finish : Your Role in the Process

• Perform finishing tasks such as collating, stitching, punching, coiling, cutting, gluing, and packing printed materials
• Operate small bindery equipment as needed
• Follow job ticket instructions to meet customer requirements and deadlines
• Maintain safe work habits and follow standard procedures for efficient production
• Accurately record time and materials in a designated computer system
• Perform basic machine upkeep, including cleaning, maintenance, and troubleshooting
