About the Role :

As a Remodeling Sales Consultant, you'll drive new business, guide clients through the design-build process, and help bring their remodeling dreams to life. From initial consultation to signed contract and beyond, you’ll serve as a trusted advisor—leading budget conversations, offering creative solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.

This is a client-facing, hands-on role ideal for someone who understands construction and enjoys seeing projects through every phase—from idea to completion.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Generate leads and pursue new business through networking, industry partnerships, and collaboration with our marketing team
  • Conduct in-home consultations to assess client needs and provide practical, buildable solutions
  • Guide clients through design agreements and budget discussions
  • Negotiate and finalize contracts with clarity and professionalism
  • Ensure client expectations are aligned with scope, timeline, and financial goals
  • Serve as a liaison between clients and internal teams (designers, estimators, project managers)
  • Participate in project meetings and provide support through post-sale coordination
  • Track design changes and hours billed; manage agreements with architects and drafts people
  • Stay informed on industry trends, design styles, materials, and pricing
  • Represent Titus Built at trade shows and industry events

Qualifications :

  • 5+ years of B2C sales experience, preferably in high-end residential remodeling
  • 5+ years of residential construction experience, including a strong understanding of architectural styles, space planning, and construction materials
  • Strong grasp of construction budgets, contracts, and scopes of work
  • Experience with estimating and residential design is highly preferred
  • Proficiency in project management tools (Buildertrend or similar)
  • CAD or Chief Architect experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Team-oriented with a drive to contribute to a collaborative environment
  • Compensation and Benefits :

  • $80,000-$100,000 base salary plus generous incentives (earning potential of $125,000-$150,000+)
  • Bonus based on performance
