- Handle inbound and outbound calls to address customer needs, concerns, and requests.
- Schedule appointments and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure seamless customer experiences.
- Provide clear and effective solutions to customer issues while maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer service strategies.
- Stay informed about company products, services, and policies to provide accurate information.
- Assist in training new team members to ensure consistent service quality.
- Identify opportunities to enhance customer service and share feedback with management.
- Previous experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proficiency in order entry and managing customer accounts.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to multitask and handle a high volume of calls efficiently.
- Familiarity with scheduling and coordination tasks.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer service software.
