Labor & Delivery RN – Night Shift (1900–0700)\n\n📍 CommonSpirit Health – Arizona\n\nPre-screening : \nAll travelers must complete a prescreen and profile review prior to interview.\n✅ Must pass a Dysrhythmia Exam (≥80%, max 2 attempts) before offer. Failure = DNU for CommonSpirit AZ & Sacramento for 6 months.\n✅ Travelers will complete a pass / fail Sim Lab on Day 1 of orientation (study guides provided).\n\nUnit Details : \n\nUnit : Labor & Delivery | Beds : 18 LDRPs, 14 OB Triage, 8 Antepartum\n\nAverage Deliveries : 8–10 / day (~3,800+ per year)\n\nOR Suites : 2 fully equipped C-section ORs\n\nRatios : 2 : 1 (varies by acuity); Antepartum 4 : 1; C-sections 1 : 1\n\nCertifications Required : ACLS, BLS, NRP\n\nEMR : Cerner | EFM : Fetal Link\n\nOrientation : 1 week unit- specific\n\nRequirements : \n\nMust have C-section and computer charting experience (Cerner preferred)\n\nExperience titrating Pitocin and Magnesium Sulfate per protocol\n\nLevel II EQ facility (gestations ≥28 weeks) | Level I Trauma Center\n\nAdditional Info : \n\nFloat : To MB / PP as needed\n\nNo mandatory call / standby (voluntary)\n\nWeekend : 4 per schedule\n\nHolidays : Preferred coverage\n\nScrub Color : Blue\n\nSupport : OB Hospitalist, Anesthesia & RT in-house 24 / 7, IV & Pharmacy support
