Our client, a leader in food packaging, is seeking a Maintenance Mechanic on 2nd shift  to join their team.  As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting the production and operational teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach to maintenance, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title : Maintenance Mechanic 2nd shift

Location : Brook Park

Pay Range : $27.90

Shift : 2nd Shift (2 : 00 PM - 10 : 00 PM)

What's the Job?

• Install and troubleshoot industrial machine control systems including 3-wire and PLC controls.
• Install, repair, and diagnose both AC & DC motors, single and three-phase power systems up to 480 volts.
• Support the maintenance of mechanical power transmission drives, pneumatic equipment, and general facility plumbing and carpentry work.
• Assist with the setup, change-over, and disassembly of breader mills, scalper, and sifter equipment.
• Maintain and repair robotic, conveyor, and bagging systems, ensuring smooth production operations.
