Full-Time Tax Preparer – Business Management Firm (Beverly Hills/West Hollywood)

What You’ll Do
• Prepare Corporate, Partnership, LLC, Trust, and Individual tax returns (simple to complex)
• Prepare year-end projections and assist clients with planning
• Review financial statements and client records for accuracy
• Handle tax notices, payments, and state/federal filings
• Collaborate closely with our accounting team to deliver top-notch client service

What We’re Looking For
• 3–5 years of tax preparation experience
• Familiarity with accounting/bookkeeping procedures
• Experience with CCH Axcess, Agillink, or QuickBooks Online a major plus
• Strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and manage multiple returns during peak season
• Tax Preparation Certification, EA, or CPA license preferred
