Job descriptionA rewarding leadership opportunity to transform the lives of K-12th grade students Consistent, part-time hours after school Mon-Thurs(3 : 00-7 : 30) and Sunday (1 : 00-5 : 30) for at least 20 hours / week commitment. A fun, supportive, and encouraging work culture Opportunities for advancement Continuous training on education, sales, and management best practices All necessary curriculum and instructional tools Support the Center Director in administering student assessments and developing student learning plans Assist with sales responsibilities, including promptly responding to leads and successfully enrolling students Provide exceptional customer service by building relationships with families and communicating student progress Lead and coach team members to effectively deliver individualized instruction in a group setting Manage students learning progress and engagement throughout instructional sessions Mentor and support employee development by providing on-the-job training to instructional staff Teach / tutor in-center, online delivery using the Mathnasium Method, terminology, and teaching practices Become proficient with digital educational materials and processes Support the maintenance of a safe and professional learning environment Assist with administrative tasks as needed Passion for math and working with students Should be at least 18 years and older Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills Eagerness to learn and be trained Ability to cultivate teamwork and balance education and sales responsibilities Exceptional math competency through at least Algebra I Proficiency in computer skills
