This is a full-time on-site role for a CNC Machinist / Programmer, located in Monroe, WA. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience programming parts for CNC milling and running them on HAAS VF series machines. All parts are small batch, multiple setup. Ideal candidate would add structure, knowledge of best practices, tooling / cutter selection. You will have the opportunity to organize, restructure, and specify new machines / capital equipment purchases.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in HAAS VF series machines
• Proficiency in creating toolpath from start to finish
• Proficiency in tooling, setup, teardown, organization
• Minimum 5 years experience as a cnc machine operator
• Minimum 1 years experience as a cnc machine programmer.
• Solidworks experience is a huge plus.
• Experience working with a variety of materials including stainless steel and aluminum
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings
• Strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
