Are you the person who is going to fill this role?
The Billing and Accounts Receivable Coordinator will play a crucial role in managing and executing billing processes within the service industry. They will be responsible for maintaining a healthy cash flow and managing risk associated with accounts receivable. The Coordinator will work closely with service leadership, contract support, and accounting teams to ensure the accuracy and timeliness of all invoicing, while adhering to established pricing structures.
The ideal candidate will have strong attention to detail, an ability to cross-examine data efficiently, and a willingness to learn and grow within the role. We are seeking someone who can adapt quickly, take initiative, and continuously improve our systems and processes in a dynamic environment.
Requirements
Essential Function and Job Duties :
Reviewing billable events with service leadership, contract support, and accounting teamsEnsuring accurate pricing and timeliness of all invoicingAdhere to established pricing structuresProcessing invoices through an Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) systemResponding to customer inquiries in a timely and professional mannerSend out past due statement to customersEnsure that all billable services and parts are billed accordingly and proactively, finding previously missed billables.Find gaps in the current billing process and ensure systems are put in place to avoid missesCollaborate with customers, third party institutions and team members to resolve billing inconsistencies and errorsEnsure timely and accurate communication to / from customers, internal team members, and vendorsEnsure the needs of customers / vendors are swiftly and accurately addressed, build a relationship of trust with customers and vendorsSynergize and enhance systems productivity and utilization throughout sales processEnsure the accurate and timely completion of sales and purchasing support dutiesRepresent the company in a professional and positive mannerIncrease sales and purchasingEssential Functions :

Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's Degree or 2 years administration / accounting experience preferred.
Experience : One (1) year of customer service experience in a (B2B) business to business setting or equivalent.
Supervisory Responsibilities : This position requires only self-supervision.
