Position Overview :

Join the Margaritaville Beach Resort team as an Assistant Restaurant Manager for our high-paced food and beverage team. In this fun, fast-paced role, you'll help lead daily operations, support our team, and ensure every guest enjoys a memorable experience.

What You'll Do :

• Lead and support a positive team culture while enforcing company policies and procedures
• Conduct interviews and help recruit team members to maintain strong staffing levels
• Train new hires and coach existing staff to uphold restaurant standards and service expectations
• Provide ongoing feedback and performance evaluations to support employee development
• Oversee daily front-of-house operations and assist back-of-house as needed
• Oversee key areas of restaurant operations, including food and beverage planning, purchasing, sanitation, safety, bar operations, compliance with company policies, staff scheduling, labor control, team supervision, recordkeeping, and reporting
• Willingness to take ownership of necessary operational tasks; including reporting, financial closeouts, and completion of shift-end responsibilities as needed to support smooth and efficient restaurant operations
• Organize employee schedules and monitor hours to ensure proper staffing levels
• Maintain food safety and cleanliness standards to ensure a healthy and compliant environment
• Promptly address guest concerns to ensure a positive dining experience
• Order food and supplies while staying within budget guidelines
• Monitor and control costs, reduce waste, and support overall profitability
• Interact with guests to gather feedback and enhance service quality
