The ideal candidate will have experience in CATIA CAA development, API exposure, CAA automation, and GUI development , with a passion for aerospace software engineering and CAD / PLM innovation .

Job Description :
Trilyon is hiring a CAA Developer CATIA / ENOVIA to support aerospace design teams in extending the functionality of CATIA and ENOVIA V5 through CAA V5 development . The CAA Developer CATIA / ENOVIA will create and maintain APIs, implement automation solutions, and contribute to GUI development, ensuring compliance with software quality, reliability, and performance standards.
The CAA Developer CATIA / ENOVIA will collaborate closely with design engineers, PLM teams, and software peers to enable robust, scalable, and maintainable CAD / PLM solutions. The CAA Developer CATIA / ENOVIA will also participate in peer reviews and formal software reviews to maintain high standards and mentor junior developers as needed.
Key Responsibilities :
Develop and expose new APIs in CATIA and ENOVIA V5 using CAA V5 .
Implement CAA automation for CATIA and ENOVIA , streamlining design and PLM processes.
Participate in GUI development using CAA V5 , ensuring intuitive and robust user interfaces.
Ensure adherence to architectural, coding, and technical standards throughout the development lifecycle.
Perform unit testing, code reviews, and software validation to maintain quality and reliability.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate CAA solutions with PLM and enterprise systems.
Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers within the CAA domain.
Maintain compliance with aerospace standards, ITAR, and NERC CIP requirements.
Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize applications for performance and usability.
Document software design, test results, and architecture to support lifecycle management.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
6+ years of hands-on experience in CAA development for CATIA and ENOVIA V5 .
Strong knowledge of Component Application Architecture (CAA), Webservices, and APIs .
Experience in CAA automation and GUI development for CATIA V5.
Familiarity with mechanical design principles is an advantage.
Expertise in C++ programming and CAD / PLM integration.
Proven track record in aerospace software development under ITAR compliance.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams .
Preferred Skills :
Experience in ENOVIA V5 integration with CATIA CAA applications .
Knowledge of PLM processes, CAD data management, and aerospace design workflows .
Exposure to software lifecycle management tools (e.g., DOORS, Integrity).
