Reporting to the Vice President of Student Success, the Reconnect Enrollment Navigator serves as a proactive guide and advocate for adult learners (ages 25–55) returning to college through the SUNY Reconnect initiative. The Navigator provides individualized support to prospective and returning students by helping them explore academic programs, complete admissions and financial aid processes, and successfully transition back into higher education. This position plays a critical role in removing barriers, connecting students to resources, and ensuring a smooth re-entry to college.

Work Environment & Hours
This role requires both office-based and outreach work, including occasional travel to community organizations, workforce partners, and recruitment events. Work schedule will be M-F, 11-7 pm and will require flexibility.
Salary and Benefits Information
Annual grant-funded salary $62,353.
