Schedule Details :

Self-scheduling for flexibility.

3rd Shift : 7 : 00 PM - 7 : 00 AM.

FTE : 0.9 (12-hour shifts).

Work Schedule : 2 Mondays, 2 Fridays, 1 Weekend per 6-week schedule, plus 2 holidays.

Training opportunities in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and Charge RN roles.

About This Role :

As a Float Pool Registered Nurse, you will have the opportunity to experience a variety of units such as ED Boarding, Med / Surg, Telemetry, and ICU. This position is perfect for those seeking a dynamic night shift role with variety and opportunities for professional growth.

Your Responsibilities :

Provide high-quality, patient-centered care across multiple units.

Adapt to different workflows and maintain clinical excellence.

Collaborate with health care team members to enhance patient care.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 18 months of Med / Surg or Telemetry RN experience (2 years preferred).

Flexibility to meet scheduling requirements.

Training and Skills :

Completion of training in ACLS, NIHSS, IV Ultrasound, and Charge Nurse cross-training.
