The Role

As part of our growth strategy, we’re seeking a Director of AI & Digital Transformation to lead AI driven initiatives and manage IT operations. This is a hybrid position based in St. Louis, MO, with flexibility to work remotely and occasional in office collaboration. This role blends hands on technical expertise with strategic leadership, offering the opportunity to directly impact how a leading developer leverages technology in real estate.

Responsibilities

• Own the company’s automation and AI strategy.
• Build and manage integrations between legacy systems and cloud based platforms.
• Develop custom apps, data pipelines, and AI workflows.
• Oversee enterprise IT operations : infrastructure, security, and vendor relationships.
• Implement BI dashboards and reporting systems for internal and investor use.
• Lead cross functional adoption of new tools and processes.
