Senior Test Analyst

Inserso is seeking a Test Analyst to join our team to provide mission-critical test support on the USAF logistics systems (depot maintenance / supply) in a Program Management Office (PMO) environment. Candidate will be a member of a strong team consisting of Government personnel and contractor personnel of Subject Matter Experts (SME). The Test Analyst will also assist the SME Team in providing functional knowledge of the systems to ensure accurate implementation of USAF logistics systems (depot maintenance / supply) requirements.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee the execution of manual and automated application testing, including functional, performance, security, and usability testing
• Develop and implement comprehensive test strategies and plans
• Identify and prioritize test requirements based on product roadmap, customer needs, and business objectives
• Configure and maintain test environments, test cases, and test suites
• Create and maintain test plans, test cases, and test scripts
• Analyze and provide feedback to development team on user stories for validity
• Collaborate closely with other team members and sustainment contractor to resolve, document, and track defects
• Monitor and report on test progress, defects, and test results, providing insights and recommendations to stakeholders
• Develop and maintain metrics and dashboards to measure test effectiveness, efficiency, and quality
• Provide functional knowledge for USAF logistics systems (depot maintenance / supply) implementation of system requirements
