Bachelor's or Master's degree in Social Work, active Social Worker license and minimum 1+ years School Social Work experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Blazer Jobs is seeking a full-time School Social Worker to support K12 students for the 20252026 school year. The ideal candidate will provide direct counseling and intervention services to promote student success in academic and social-emotional areas.

Job Responsibilities :

Deliver individual and group counseling services

Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to implement intervention plans

Conduct assessments and maintain accurate documentation

Provide crisis intervention and behavioral support as needed

Qualifications :

Active Michigan 310 School Social Work License required

Previous school-based experience preferred
