Summary

The Customer Success Client Partner is responsible for driving client satisfaction, managing contractor relationships, and ensuring seamless execution of workforce programs for an enterprise financial client. Based in Charlotte, NC, this individual will serve as a trusted partner to client stakeholders and contractors, ensuring operational alignment, retention, and delivery success. The ideal candidate is relationship-oriented, proactive, and skilled in managing multiple client touchpoints to achieve headcount and performance goals.

Job Description

• Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, building strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders.
• Oversee the engagement, satisfaction, and retention of deployed contractors across various client sites.
• Conduct regular on-site visits and meetings to maintain visibility and strengthen client and contractor relationships.
• Partner with recruiting and delivery teams to ensure workforce needs are met efficiently and accurately.
• Track key performance indicators, including headcount targets, fulfillment metrics, and satisfaction scores.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend strategies to enhance service delivery.
• Resolve client and contractor issues promptly, ensuring a positive experience and continued partnership.
• Maintain detailed reporting and documentation to support transparency and performance tracking.
