Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking a CT Technologist with ARRT and EPIC experience for a busy Level II hospital department.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Work in a CT department supporting outpatient, interventional radiology, emergency, and inpatient cases
  • Busy Level II Trauma Center environment
  • Handles a high daily caseload with 140-190 exams per tech
  • Uses EPIC charting system—experience required
  • Day shift schedule : 3x12-hour shifts from 7 : 00 AM to 7 : 30 PM
  • Weekend shifts required
  • On-call required two times per month on a 24-hour basis
  • No floating between like units required for this role
  • Scrub color is flexible except reddish orange is not permitted
  • Responsible for performing and completing CT imaging studies in a high-volume environment
  • CT Technologists are expected to cover a variety of patient populations, including outpatient, emergency, and interventional radiology patients
  • All travelers must be willing to float within their skill set if needed across facilities in the state
  • Returning employees must have a 3-month gap before returning as travelers and live at least 50 miles from the facility
  • Limited ability to accommodate block scheduling—subject to core staff availability
  • Must be willing to work three out of the five major holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day)
  • Parking is provided by the facility
  • Pre-employment modules are required and completed before start
  • COVID and Flu vaccination may be required per facility policy

  • Minimum of 1 year experience as a CT Technologist in a Level II hospital setting
  • Current BLS, ARRT-CT, and ARRT-R certifications required
  • Washington state license required if applicable
  • Experience with EPIC EMR is required
  • Must provide two supervisory references from the past three years within a comparable setting
