We are seeking a qualified PRN Physical Therapy Assistant for our Hurricane office location. This office is in Hurricane WV and provides service to the counties of Cabell, Wayne, Putnam and Kanawha.

Job description :

• Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant with current valid license to practice in West Virginia with 1 year home health experience preferred
• Excellent communication skills
• Knowledgeable of State and Federal regulations
• Strong computer skills required

JOB SUMMARY : The physical therapy assistant provides physical therapy services under the direction of the physical therapist and according to the physician's plan of care.
