Seeking BE / BC Dermatologist to join fabulous team in Phoenix, AZ.

• $500,000 guaranteed starting base salary
• Substantial signing bonus
• High bonus potential based on productivity and performance (50% of Net Collections past twice their salary)
• Full benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k), paid malpractice, and CME allowance
• Flexible 4 or 5-day work week schedule (Usually 4)
• Established practice with robust internal and external referral streams
• Additional revenue opportunities through collaboration and oversight of established PA / NP-led dermatology clinics (2PAs will need oversight and will get 25% of their clinic profitability)
• Opportunities to practice in newly built, state-of-the-art facilities
• Full clinical autonomy within a supportive and collegial multispecialty group
• Experienced support staff and use of EMA (Modernizing Medicine) EHR
