Primary Responsibilities :

• Responsible for the clinic's risk management activities which include but are not limited to overseeing the management of claims, administering the risk management program on a day-to-day basis, coordinating insurance coverage, managing and analyzing risk management data, designing and conducting risk management educational programs all with the objective of controlling and minimizing loss to protect the assets and reputation of the clinic, promoting patient safety and enhancing quality of care
• Has the authority to direct legal counsel and other personnel involved in claims management and to approve payment of fees of defense counsel and payment of other expenses of claims defense
• Works closely with a variety of stakeholders, coordinating the activities of Risk Management across the enterprise

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In addition to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). The salary for this role will range from $110,200 to $188,800 annually based on full-time employment. We comply with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
