Job description

Building Tech II

The Tualatin Hills Park & Recreation District (THPRD) is looking for a Building Tech II to provide custodial services and routine maintenance at assigned district facilities. The Building Tech II will play a key role in keeping our district facilities safe, clean and running smoothly, creating a welcoming environment for the community.

The schedule for the Building Tech II position is Tuesday to Saturday, 12pm-9pm. Assignments and schedules are subject to change based on organizational and seasonal need.

The ideal candidate is service-oriented, dependable, and takes pride in creating a clean, safe, and welcoming environment at the Jenkins Estate. They bring a strong customer service and hospitality mindset, are comfortable performing custodial tasks and quick room changeovers, and maintain high standards for cleanliness and restroom care. Flexibility is essential, as priorities may shift based on event schedules. • Building Tech II : Three (3) years of increasingly responsible experience in custodial services.

THPRD is committed to the full inclusion of all qualified individuals. As part of this commitment, THPRD will ensure that people experiencing disabilities are provided reasonable accommodations. If a reasonable accommodation is needed to participate in the job application or interview process, to perform essential job functions, and / or to receive other benefits and privileges of employment, please contact Human Resources at humanresources@thprd.org .
