The Role :

• We are seeking an individual to head up our outdoor living sales team.
• The person accountable for this would work closely with the Sales and Marketing Manager to oversee all homeowner fence and deck sales at CFD.
• We are shooting to triple our revenue in the next few years, and we need someone who can work with and coach our sales team in the right areas so that the revenue will be there.
• The Sales and Marketing Manager will ultimately be accountable for the strategy, and you will be accountable for the implementation of that strategy and working hands-on with the people in the sales department.
