Fox TV Stations is looking for a Contract Recruiter to join our talent team and support hiring across our dynamic News organization, with a focus on broadcast media, digital and editorial roles. This recruiter will be instrumental in identifying, engaging, and hiring top talent for key positions such as Digital Journalist, Executive Producers, and Editorial staff. This role requires a recruiter who understands the fast-paced nature of the news cycle, has a strong grasp of the broadcast landscape, and can effectively partner with both hiring managers and candidates to ensure a seamless hiring experience.

A Snapshot Of Your Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruitment for high-impact roles in the news and broadcast space, including Digital Journalists, Executive Producers, Writers, and other editorial staff
• Partner closely with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies
• Source, engage, and assess candidates with strong backgrounds in News, Digital and Broadcast Media
• Drive a streamlined and high-touch experience for all candidates throughout the process
• Maintain accurate documentation, pipelines, and reporting using Workday and other sourcing tools
• Provide thoughtful and strategic counsel to hiring managers on market dynamics, talent availability, and competitive compensation
