Role Description

This is a full-time in-person role for a Licensed Customer Service Representative. The position is based in Bethlehem, PA, with flexibility for one work from home day a week. Day-to-day tasks include assisting clients with their insurance needs, resolving customer inquiries, providing exceptional customer service, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Additional responsibilities involve handling customer support requests and enhancing the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Customer Service, Customer Support, and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Experience in enhancing Customer Experience as a Customer Service Representative
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Knowledge of insurance products and services is a plus
• Licensed to operate as a Customer Service Representative in Pennsylvania, New York, New Jersey, or Maryland

Salary / Compensation : $50,000 - $65,000 per year
