We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) to provide comprehensive care for a 75-year-old woman with dementia who requires 24/7 support. This role involves:

• Personal Care: Regular diaper changes to ensure hygiene, feeding her baby food due to swallowing difficulties, and assisting with transferring her from bed to chair.
• Housekeeping: Cleaning her bathroom, kitchen, and maintaining a clean living environment.
• General Care: Constant companionship, managing her oxygen needs, and ensuring her overall comfort and safety.

Qualifications:

• Experience: Extensive experience in a caregiving role, specifically with patients requiring high levels of personal care.
• Certifications: Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) in NJ. CPR certification is a plus but not required (we can provide certification if needed).
• Skills: Excellent English communication skills, reliability, and promptness in responding to messages.
• Availability: Must be available to work 7 days a week with flexibility for the available shifts.
• Transportation: Reliable transportation to and from Colonia every day.
