Role : Growth Lead

Location : Washington, DC.

Hybrid. Full-time.

About the job

Advantra is partnering with an early-stage behavioral health startup in Washington, DC to hire a Growth Lead to design, execute, and scale the company's growth engine.

About the role

You will own rapid experimentation across acquisition, activation, and retention. You will prioritize high-impact initiatives, run tests, and scale successful experiments into repeatable growth channels. You will collaborate closely with product, engineering, and GTM teams.

Responsibilities

Design and run growth experiments across multiple channels.

Prioritize experiments using frameworks such as ICE or RICE.

Define success metrics and track results in real time.

Scale successful experiments into sustainable growth channels.

Build repeatable processes for experiment intake, execution, and post-mortems.

Maintain a single source of truth for all experiments and learnings.

Operationalize successful experiments and develop playbooks for teams.

Monitor scaled channels for performance drift, saturation, or new opportunities.

Own growth analytics and reporting to identify trends and opportunities.

Core requirements

2 to 4 years of experience driving product-led or GTM growth at early-stage startups.

Strong analytical skills with comfort using data to guide decisions.

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

Highly organized with meticulous attention to detail.

Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Familiarity with product development processes and cross-functional collaboration.

Experience or interest in healthcare, behavioral health, or provider workflows.

High proficiency in Google Suite, Notion, Excel, and other project management tools.

Experience designing, running, and scaling experiments across channels.

Proven ability to translate test results into repeatable growth strategies.

N ice to have

Prior experience building growth engines at early-stage SaaS startups.

Experience with outbound, inbound, and referral-based acquisition strategies.

Familiarity with healthcare or behavioral health software markets.

Experience with RICE, ICE, or other prioritization frameworks.

Exposure to GTM, product, or marketing strategy in a startup environment
