Med / Surg Tele RN Job Details Location : Tucson, AZ 85741 Healthcare Setting : Med / Surg Telemetry (Float Pool) Contract Length : 13 weeks Start Date : October 27, 2025 End Date : January 26, 2026 Nursing Shift : 12-hour nights (7 : 00 PM – 7 : 30 AM) Hours per Week : 36 Weekend Requirement : 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule Employment Type : Travel RN, W2 Float Requirement : Will float between Northwest Medical Center, Oro Valley Hospital, Northwest Houghton, and Northwest Sahuarita Estimated Weekly Salary : $1780 - $1910 Registered Nurse Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Arizona BLS and ACLS certifications required Minimum 2 years of recent Med / Surg Telemetry nursing experience Prior telemetry experience required Willingness to float between departments and healthcare facilities Ability to start within 2 weeks of offer acceptance preferred Med / Surg Tele RN Responsibilities Deliver comprehensive nursing care to Med / Surg Telemetry patients using the nursing process Demonstrate critical thinking, scientific judgment, and leadership in patient care planning and delivery Maintain clinical competencies through ongoing nursing education Delegate patient care tasks based on staff education and experience Supervise and provide direction to assigned healthcare personnel Float between departments and facilities as needed to support patient care Experience the best of Tucson, Arizona while advancing your travel nursing career.
