• General CommentsHospital : Medical City Fort Worth 8th Ave Fort Worth, TX 76104 Unit : Cardiac Cath Lab Building : Bldg A 2nd Floor General Information Unit Specifics : Number of Beds : 5 labs total Patient Ratios : N?A Unit staffing description- (unit secretaries and tech availability) : 4 staff per case Type of equipment : 4 Philips, 1 Siemans Documentation system : Merge Scheduling requirements : 12 hour shifts plus call Floating Patient Experience requirements : Cardiac cath procedures required Hospital Specifics- Certifications : Hiring profile Requested Skill Set : Experienced cath Lab RN skill set, Merge experience would be an asset Must have : Cath Lab circulating and moderate sedation Advanced skills needed : ACLS & BLS Procedures performed on unit : LHC, RHC, TAVR, TEER, EP, ECMO, Impella, ICD / PPM, Peripheral procedures, Endovascular AAA Certifications Required : ACLS & BLS, ARRT (R) Dress Code : (Required uniform) Scrubs Unit Guidelines / Policies : Please attach unit specific policies and guidelines.
