In this role, you’ll be setting up, calibrating, and maintaining production machines while ensuring smooth, efficient operations. You’ll play a pivotal role in keeping production running efficiently and supporting preventative maintenance. Junior Mechanic Duties :

Set up and calibrate machines according to the daily production plan

Monitor line operations, materials, and product quality to ensure smooth, efficient production

Perform machine changeovers, adjustments, and minor maintenance as needed

Conduct full line inspections to identify and resolve downtime issues

Communicate shift updates and issues to incoming staff and support preventive maintenance tasks

Schedule : 4 X 12 Schedule

Sunday to Wednesday or Wednesday to Saturday, 6 : 00 p.m. to 6 : 00 a.m.

Pay :  $20 - $24 per hour

Junior Mechanic Requirements :

High School Diploma or GED

Comfortable using hand and power tools

Experience in a role requiring mechanical aptitude

Able to lift up to 50lbs
