Registered Dental Hygienist

Our client has been a cornerstone in community dental care with 20 regional locations and is looking to add an RDH to their Baton Rouge location. They pride themselves on a family-oriented environment and actively participate in local events such as the Annual Christmas Celebration, Fishing Rodeo, and Mardi Gras. The facilities have state-of-the-art technology, including CT machines, intraoral scanners, and the latest dental care equipment. The ideal candidate has one year of experience, is RDH Certified, and can start within 30 days of accepting the role.

Key Responsibilities of the Registered Dental Hygienists (RDH):

• Conduct initial dental assessments and perform x-rays, probings, teeth whitening, and sealant application.
• Manage patient care from children to adults, adjusting time accordingly for each appointment.
• Operate with high efficiency in a fast-paced environment, handling 7-10 patients per day.

Schedule:

• Monday to Thursday: 8 AM to 4 PM
• Friday: 8 AM to 3 PM
• No late appointments; all providers leave by the end of their shift.
