Position Overview

ATN Healthcare is seeking an energetic, outgoing, and results-driven Home Care Sales Representative to help expand our client base and strengthen relationships with local healthcare providers and community partners. This is a fully commission-based opportunity ideal for a motivated self-starter who enjoys networking, building relationships, and helping clients connect with the care they need. You'll serve as the key link between ATN Healthcare and referral sources such as hospitals, clinics, assisted living communities, physicians, and case managers throughout the Denver Metro area.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and build strong relationships with referral partners and healthcare professionals.
• Promote ATN Healthcare's home health and personal care services across Denver and surrounding areas.
• Conduct outreach visits, presentations, and follow-ups to generate referrals.
• Maintain accurate records of leads, referrals, and admissions.
• Collaborate with the agency's clinical and administrative teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and satisfaction.
• Represent ATN Healthcare at community events, health fairs, and networking functions.

Compensation Structure

This is a 100% commission-based position with unlimited earning potential.

Qualifications

Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development (preferably in home health, hospice, or senior care). Knowledge of healthcare referral networks in the Denver Metro area. Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills. Self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.
