Key Responsibilities
Deliver technical support to employees in field and office environments nationwide
Support over 50 applications, providing first-level support primarily via phone
Handle 15-20 support tickets per day while collaborating within a team in a Microsoft-based environment
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (4-year degree required)
Highly motivated with strong initiative
Open-minded and eager to learn
Some IT support understanding, which can be from internships, retail, school, or personal experience
Some customer service experience
