A Day in the Life of a Service Technician

As a Service Technician , you help ensure our property remains attractive, safe, and well-maintained. Working closely with the Maintenance Supervisor, you help manage supply inventories, tools, and equipment needed for daily operations and repairs.

You'll be responsible for :

  • Inspecting and maintaining buildings, units, and equipment
  • Completing unit make-readies, service requests, and general maintenance tasks
  • Performing electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs
  • Replacing locks, screens, and hardware
  • Painting, wall repair, trash removal, and groundskeeping
  • Reporting and correcting safety hazards promptly
  • Take pride in maintaining the property's clean and safe appearance-and making sure everything runs smoothly for our residents

    • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Maintenance experience in property management
  • Ability to be "on-call" 24 / 7 for emergencies
  • Valid driver's license

    Work Schedule

    This position typically works 40+ hours per week . You will also be on-call 24 / 7 to handle maintenance emergencies.
