The Opportunity

We are seeking a dependable, proactive, and results-driven Production Manager to lead operations at our new two-year-old facility in Front Royal, Virginia. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, this role oversees all aspects of production with a strong focus on operational efficiency, productivity, safety, and team performance.

As a key member of the leadership team, the Production Manager will drive continuous improvement initiatives, foster a collaborative and high-performing work environment, and ensure that production goals are consistently met in alignment with company standards and values. We are looking for a hands-on leader with an active presence on the production floor, who thrives on developing people, optimizing processes, and making a tangible impact on day-to-day operations.

What You'll Do

• Promote Safety First

Foster a safe, positive, and productive workplace culture.

Lead, coach, and develop a team of 4 direct reports and 60-70 indirect reports across two production shifts.

Oversee daily operations of 3 production lines.

Partner with quality assurance, maintenance, and logistics to support smooth plant operations.

What To Expect

Full-time, on-site role at our Front Royal, VA facility, a new plant opened in Summer 2023

Three active production lines focused on repacking operations, with space and vision for future expansion

Fast-paced manufacturing environment that values collaboration, safety, and continuous improvement

Monday to Friday schedule, with flexibility to support both shifts :

1st Shift - 7 : 00 AM to 3 : 00 PM

2nd Shift - 3 : 00 PM to 11 : 00 PM

Work performed in a cold food-manufacturing setting with exposure to loud machinery and strict food-safety protocols

Requires regular standing, walking, and lifting (up to 50 lbs)
