Requirements :

We are seeking an experienced Machine Operator to join our team in a high-volume manufacturing facility. This position is responsible for operating and maintaining Soudronic and / or Sabatier welding and seaming machines to ensure quality and efficient production. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical skills, welding experience, and a solid work ethic in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Set up, operate, and monitor Soudronic or Sabatier machines
• Prepare machinery and equipment for operation
• Operate mechanical and computer-controlled equipment
• Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs using hand and power tools
• Troubleshoot and resolve machine faults to minimize downtime
• Monitor production output and ensure consistent speed, accuracy, and product quality
• Perform visual inspections and use measuring tools (digital calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify welds and can dimensions
• Identify and remove faulty or non-conforming products
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation and production floor
• Follow all safety, quality, and production guidelines
• Accurately complete required production and quality documentation
• Support additional tasks as assigned by the supervisor
