Job Title : Residential Security Officer

Location : Queens, NY

Pay Rate : $19.00 per hour

Job Description :

We are looking for a dependable Residential Security Officer to help maintain the safety and security of a residential facility in Queens. The officer will be responsible for monitoring the premises, assisting residents and visitors, and ensuring a secure and welcoming environment.

Key Responsibilities :

Monitor entrances, exits, and property grounds

Perform regular patrols to maintain safety and order

Greet and assist residents, guests, and staff with professionalism

Respond promptly to incidents, emergencies, and alarms

Document observations and complete detailed incident reports

Requirements :

Valid NYS Security Guard License

Strong communication and customer service skills

Professional appearance and demeanor

Ability to remain alert, calm, and effective under pressure

Reliability and flexibility in scheduling
