Job Description : We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and motivated Concrete Installer / Skilled Laborer to join our team. This individual will be responsible for performing high-quality concrete installation work while upholding safety and company standards. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, self-driven, and committed to maintaining our strong workplace culture. 1st shift available.

Key Responsibilities :

• Perform installations to meet or exceed project specifications and quality standards.
• Follow all company safety procedures and guidelines as outlined in the employee handbook.
• Maintain and care for tools, equipment, and materials.
• Set up and finish concrete with skill and precision.
• Manage time efficiently to meet project deadlines.
• Stay calm, focused, and effective in all working conditions and environments.
• Wear and use protective equipment as required for both safety and weather conditions.
