The Product Specialist will play a critical role in our operations, utilizing specialized skills to enhance our expanding customer base and pursue the direction of our sales team. Key Responsibilities

• Establish positive rapport with customers as the first impression of HERO exteriors.
• Stay up to date on industry product and labor knowledge.
• Establish and pursue leads to accomplish weekly sales goals.
• Oversee direct calendar and scheduling for initial appointments.
• Review projects with customers on-site, making sure to implement effective listening skills to understand customers' needs / wants.
• Strive to provide the best estimates for our customers.
• Create estimates and submit them to the Sales Manager to pursue contracts with customers.
• Regularly review and follow up with leads and prospects to identify how to move them to the next milestone.
• Log completed jobs into the geo-tracking database.
• Maintain the highest level of communication with HERO exteriors team members.
