Position Overview :

We are seeking a skilled and motivated HVAC Technician with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in the HVAC industry. Certification is not required but is highly preferred. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with strong troubleshooting skills, a commitment to safety, and the ability to deliver excellent customer service.

Responsibilities :

Install, maintain, and repair residential and / or commercial HVAC systems.

Diagnose issues with heating and cooling equipment.

Perform preventive maintenance and inspections.

Complete service reports and documentation accurately.

Communicate effectively with customers to explain findings and recommendations.

Follow company safety standards and industry best practices.

Maintain company tools, equipment, and vehicle in good working condition.

Qualifications :

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as an HVAC Technician.

EPA certification or other HVAC-related certifications preferred but not required.

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and troubleshooting techniques.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Excellent communication and customer service skills.
