Key Responsibilities

Receive in-depth training and be assigned to one of four teams for client calls

Make 16-24 completed calls per hour using predictive dialing equipment

Secure financial gifts from donors while maintaining fundraising and productivity metrics

Required Qualifications and Education

1 year or more of successful outbound telemarketing experience or a strong employment record

Dedicated wired internet connection

A quiet home workspace free from interruptions

Basic computer skills
