Travel Nurse RN - Long-Term Care - $2,100 to $2,200 per week in Meeker, CO

Location : Meeker, CO Role : Interim Director of Nursing (LTC) Shift : 8-hour days, 5 days a week Pay - $2100 to $2200 / weekly Essential Functions Plan, direct, implement, and evaluate resident care. Ensure the Long Term Care unit is compliant with all mandatory regulations and requirements. Coordinate and provide staff education and in-services. Assess the educational needs of staff and create development plans. Prepare annual facility goals and objectives. Conduct Quality Improvement (QI) studies to enhance patient care. Prepare for the annual State Nursing Home Survey. Develop and manage the budget; maintain appropriate staffing levels. Document and justify the need for additional equipment and supplies. Review and update protocols, procedures, and guidelines. Perform other duties as assigned.
