Key Accountability (Operational)

• Demonstrates a commitment to the development and achievement of common goals within the department and hospital system
• Encourages and provides constructive feedback to identify opportunities for improvement within the department
• Integrates and demonstrates Standards of Behavior and Expectations for Personal and Service Excellence to guide behaviors, while adhering to the policies and procedures of Clarke County Hospital
• Inspects pharmaceutical supplies, storage, and utilization on assigned patient care areas
• Maintains a neat, clean, orderly, and secure department and work area
• Ensures the timely and proper filing of all records
• Demonstrates the ability to consistently meet the department work schedule
• Acts as a receptionist greets visitors and answers phone
• Participate on hospital committees
• Demonstrates a commitment to the improvement of patient care, customer satisfaction, and team member performance

Shifts : 24 hours per week - 3, 8 hour shifts - Monday, Tuesday, and flexible on other day.
