Northrop Grumman's Space Sector Configuration Management team is seeking a functional manager to serve as our Hardware Configuration Analysis Manager 1 in Chandler, AZ. Due to the sensitive nature of our work this is a fully on-site position; hybrid or remote work is not available. Relocation is not offered for this role.

In this role you will :

• Serve as a functional manager for the Hardware Configuration Management (CM) team of controllers and analysts.
• Display ability to understand Quality Management System principles with specific emphasis on Configuration Management in relation to EIA-649 Configuration Management Standard
• Train employees to uphold the principles and ensure compliance with tailored program plans.
• Support the development and up-to-date maintenance of Data Management process requirements and training materials.
• Apply the organization's quality management system policies, processes and procedures in accordance with EIA-649 while directing program configuration management activities to successfully deliver the required products or services.
• Establish a configuration management plan that integrates CM activities and resources to meet contractual requirements and stakeholder expectations which is reflected in the overall program plan while ensuring that plan adheres to the principles in EIA-649.
