Lead Designer

A company is looking for a Lead Designer to shape the look, feel, and usability of their platform.

Key Responsibilities :

Own and evolve the design language and user experience across the core platform, marketing website, and supporting materials

Lead design strategy and execution from concept to delivery ensuring world-class usability, consistency, and visual appeal

Conduct user research and usability testing to inform data-driven design decisions

Required Qualifications :

10+ years of hands-on experience in UI / UX or Product Design, ideally in SaaS or B2B enterprise software

Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Strong portfolio demonstrating elegant, intuitive design solutions

Deep experience with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and modern design tools

Working knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, responsive frameworks)
