Physical Therapy Technician

Location: Shepherdsville, KY

Type of Employment: Part Time

Schedule: Weekdays (Hours Vary)

Compensation: $9/hour (pending experience)

In this role, you will assist our therapists in carrying out our rehabilitation procedures and play an integral role in supporting our center operations. Responsibilities

Aide therapists in carrying out rehabilitation procedures, organize/schedule and keep records of ancillary services and support other center-specific functions

Observe and report any abnormal patient conditions, reactions or responses to treatment

Play a significant role in specific area of center operations (scheduling ancillary services and following up, overseeing a specific program, serving as OSHA coordinator, etc.)

Clean, sterilize and prepare equipment

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Science/Health Sciences

CPR certification

First aid certification

Prior experience in an outpatient physical therapy center
